My practice is grounded in a blend of approaches. I believe healing is not a one-size-fits-all process, our work together is collaborative and tailored to your unique experience. While I am most guided by Somatic Experiencing®, I also draw from Parts Work, Humanistic Psychology, Poly-Vagal Theory, and Attachment Theory. I am also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) which is an intensive trauma treatment model helpful to target specific events or experiences.

My Approach

In our first few sessions, we’ll focus on getting to know one another and building a foundation of safety and trust. We’ll collaborate to explore what’s bringing you to therapy, identify your goals, and move at a pace that feels supportive for you. From the very first session, I will offer somatic tools and techniques designed to increase nervous system awareness, build self-compassion, and support regulation between sessions. I’ll offer some pieces of education along the way so we can develop shared language around your experiences and better understand how your nervous system, emotions, and relationships interact.

What to Expect

A Bit About Me

I am a queer woman whose personal and professional life has been shaped by my own journeys with self-realization, growth, and healing. My lived experience informs my practice every day — it allows me to hold space for diverse expressions of gender, sexuality, and culture with humility and care. I have also been a client in somatic therapy and know the transformative power it has which is why I am so passionate and committed to this form of healing.

I am a lifelong learner and enjoy reading and learning about neuroscience and the latest developments in the mental health field. In my free time, I love to dance, create art, and take walks in nature.
