Individual Therapy

One-on-one somatic therapy sessions for deep inner work and tailored to you. Sessions are held online using a HIPAA compliant platform called Alma.

Fees

My clinical fee is $150 for a 50-minute individual therapy session.

I offer sliding scale rates for clients with limited financial resources. If cost is a concern, let’s have a conversation about what’s affordable for you.

Insurance

You may be able to receive insurance reimbursement if you have out-of-network coverage or a PPO plan. I can provide you with an itemized invoice (‘superbill’) to submit to your insurance company. Please contact your insurance company directly to inquire about your eligibility.
